Do I need a card to start?
You can sign up and finish onboarding without a paid plan. One first post is included. Start Spark or Pro when you want more generates, posting, downloads, or the API.
What if I do not start a plan?
Nothing is deleted. Brand DNA and onboarding assets stay. Start Spark or Pro any time for credits, downloads, posting, and the API.
Can I switch plans anytime?
Yes. Upgrades are instant and prorated. Downgrades take effect at the end of your current billing period.
What does a credit buy?
Image 10. Video 25. Voice or music-only is the same 25. Spark 100 credits is 10 images or 4 videos. Caption and auto-post included. Videos are on every plan; credits are the only limit. A platinum video (studio-grade, for a big launch) is 50.
How does Brand Memory retention work?
Brand Memory is a ledger of what you generated, edited, rated, and posted, and what the post did. Siren reads it on the next prompt and leans on what worked. Pro and above.
What can I post to?
X, LinkedIn, YouTube, and TikTok (with your OK on each post), from accounts you connect. Spark connects 1, Pro 2, Scale 4. Post now or schedule a sequential drop.
Can I schedule campaigns?
Yes. After a campaign finishes, pick a time in your timezone. Siren posts the chosen platforms in order. Same action on Assets, the API, and MCP.
What happens if my card fails?
We retry the charge over 7 days with an email at each attempt. Your workspace stays read-only during that window. Nothing is deleted. Update your card from the billing portal any time to recover instantly.
Do you offer refunds?
30-day refund on request, on every paid plan, monthly or annual. Email [email protected] with your account email within 30 days of a charge and we refund it in full.
Who collects tax or VAT?
Stripe Tax handles VAT and sales tax automatically from your billing address. B2B customers can supply a VAT ID at checkout to reverse-charge.
