You can delete everything Siren holds about you from inside the app, or by removing Siren from Facebook. Both work without writing to us.
In Siren
To remove one connection: open Connected Accounts (for posting) or Ads, then Ad accounts (for ad accounts), and choose Disconnect. The token and everything Siren copied from that platform are deleted at once.
To remove everything: open Workspace settings and delete the workspace. Its Brand DNA, assets, posts, connections and ad data go with it.
To remove ads data you gave Siren yourself: in Ads, then Audiences, choose Delete the list, which deletes the customer list on Meta and every list you uploaded. In Ads, then Sales, disconnect Stripe to delete its key and the sales Siren read. Site conversions from the Siren tag go when the workspace goes; to have them deleted sooner, write to us.
From Facebook
Go to Facebook Settings, then Apps and websites, find Siren and remove it. Meta tells Siren, and we delete every Facebook, Instagram and ad account connection tied to your Facebook account. Meta shows you a confirmation code you can use to check the request.
What is deleted
Access tokens, the Pages, Instagram accounts and ad accounts we listed, our copy of your campaigns and their daily results, and the audiences on those ad accounts. Ads you ran stay in your own ad account, and campaigns that are live keep running until you pause them on the platform; Siren cannot reach them once you disconnect. A log of the changes Siren made, and who approved them, stays with the workspace until the workspace is deleted.
How long it takes
Connections and tokens are deleted immediately. A deleted workspace is kept for up to 30 days so it can be restored on request, then removed. Backups rotate out within 90 days.
